Permanent rule

Your secret access stays in your hands.

Jean-Christophe never asks for, types, copies, photographs, records or retains passwords, PINs, recovery codes or authentication codes.

Urgent situation

Active fraud requires an immediate response from the right organization.

DLB is not an emergency service and does not continuously monitor messages. For a suspicious transaction or compromised account, contact your financial institution or provider immediately using official contact information. In immediate danger, call 911.

Privacy

Only what is needed, for a clear purpose.

No real client binder is transmitted through regular email, chat or a public form.

Ongoing consent

You may change permissions or stop the service.

Named family members

Each person receives only the permissions you choose.

No remote control

Screen sharing, if used, stays under your control.

Planned destruction

Temporary working copies follow documented closure and destruction.
